How Do I Book a Ride?
Booking with Showtyme Shuttles is quick and easy. Simply click the “Book Now” button on our website and complete the contact form with all the necessary details—including group size, pickup and drop-off locations, and any planned stops along the way.
You can also book directly by calling us at (737) 212-4737.
To secure your reservation, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due no later than the day before your trip.
Is There a Cooler Onboard?
Yes! Every Showtyme Shuttle bus is equipped with an onboard cooler for your convenience. We also provide complimentary ice and bottled water to keep the party going.
Can We Bring Alcohol On the Bus?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or spirits. However, in compliance with state regulations, Showtyme Shuttles cannot supply or serve alcohol. Please drink responsibly and ensure all guests are of legal drinking age.
Is Bluetooth Available?
Yes, all our buses feature high-quality sound systems with Bluetooth and auxiliary input options. Feel free to connect your device and take control of the music to set the perfect vibe for your group.
Can We Make Multiple Stops?
Yes! If your reservation is made on an hourly basis, you are free to schedule as many stops as you'd like within your booked timeframe—no matter the occasion.
Please be sure to include any planned stops in your booking request or contact form.
Note: This does not apply to Lake Shuttle bookings, which are limited to point-to-point service only (pickup and drop-off only).
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
To reserve your time slot, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Once booked, that time is held exclusively for your party, meaning we cannot offer it to other clients.
If you need to cancel, your deposit can be applied to a future booking within 90 days of the original trip date—but only if the new booking is arranged at the time of cancellation.
