Meet Franklin—better known as “Red”—the proud founder of a locally owned party bus business based in Austin, Texas. As a Black and Puerto Rican entrepreneur, Red is passionate about creating joyful, safe, and unforgettable experiences for his community, while also representing the power and potential of small Black-owned businesses. After spending 14 years incarcerated, Red made a life-changing decision to turn his story around. Today, he brings that same drive, resilience, and vision to every aspect of his business.
